You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when registering and to keep your information up to date.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create on OGX.bio. By uploading content, you grant OGX.bio a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and serve that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for all content you post and any consequences arising from it.
Premium access is granted through token redemption. Premium features include expanded link slots, avatar history, username sparkles, avatar decorations, Discord nameplates, custom cursor, and custom favicon. We reserve the right to modify premium features at any time. Tokens are non-refundable once redeemed.
We strive to keep OGX.bio available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
OGX.bio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, our Abuse Policy, or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
